Deal or No Deal

Once upon a time in a village, a man appeared and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for Rs10. The villagers seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest and started catching them. The man bought thousands at Rs10 and as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort. He further announced that he would now buy at Rs20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching monkeys again.

Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer rate increased to Rs25 and the supply of monkeys became so little that it was an effort to even see a monkey, let alone catch it! The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at Rs50!

However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would now buy on behalf of him. In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers. Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has collected. I will sell them to you at Rs35 and when the man returns from the city, you can sell it to him for Rs50.

The villagers squeezed up with all their savings and bought all the monkeys. Then they never saw the man nor his assistant, only monkeys everywhere!!!Welcome to the 'Stock' Market!!!!!

There was a man who had worked all his life, had saved all of his money, and was a real "miser" when it came to his money.Just before he died, he said to his wife..."When I die, I want you to take all my money and put it in the casket with me. I want to take my money to the afterlife with me."And so he got his wife to promise him, with all of her heart, that when he died, she would put all of the money into the casket with him. Well, he died.He was stretched out in the casket, his wife was sitting there - dressed in black, and her friend was sitting next to her. When they finished the ceremony, and just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said, "Wait just a moment!
"She had a small metal box with her; she came over with the box and put it in the casket. Then the undertakers locked the casket down and they rolled it away.So her friend said, "Girl, I know you were not fool enough to put all that money in there with your husband."
The loyal wife replied, "Listen, I'm a Christian; I cannot go back on my word. I promised him that I was going to put that money into the casket with him." You mean to tell me you put that money in the casket with him!?!?!?""I sure did," said the wife. "I got it all together, put it into my account, and wrote him a cheque....

If he can cash it, then he can spend it."

happy deepavali

Hi every one Happy Deepavali. This is the first time i am celebrating deepavali alone. it is going to be very different. i feel abit sad. But it's ok. Just that i am not mith my family and friends. I would be missing my mum and grandmother and my aunt's cooking. I am going to miss my sisters and brothers and cousins. It would be so fun when all of us meet in our grandfather house. that is the only time when the family comes together. this time there is would be one person missing there. Here i would be going out with my friends for lunch. That about it. people who know me they know that I love to watch movie. And my fav actor film is coming out for deepavali. but i can't watch it. I would always go for thr first dy show but now i can't. I am sad for that too.hehehe. :> Any way hope you'll would be enjoying your deepavali and get a lot of money. have fun and don't forget me.

Hi everyone. How are you‘ll? Wow it has been already been 4 to 5 months, I have come to Perth. I have missed you guys. I am now having my holidays. During my holiday I did some shopping. Then went to the Perth royal show, which was really fun. It was some thinking different. We played the games and won some prizes. We also bought some show bags. The show bags have many gifts at a low price. I bought a lot of show bags. It was very interesting. Then they had the fireworks which was really good. It was very colourful. My friends and me had a lot of fun. It has been a fun week. Thanks to my friends. Then we went to the pasarmalam, where they had all the Asian food. It was very interesting. They had a lot of food to choose. They also had luck draw, but I did not win. Hehehe. Here are some pictures I took :
